Okay, I either have a bad chip or board somehow, or I just can't configure the right settings, or I can't apply LM worth a crap.

I have a 14900ks, delided, on a supercool full copper direct die, in a dual pump loop, with 2x 480x60mm rads and 2x360x60mm rads. Flow around 210LPH

Ambient temp in the room is probably around 78-80f, water temp between 29-30c.

I can run my current clocks just fine in Windows and stress test in ycruncher, with these settings

5.7/4.6/5.0

SP 104

P SP 117

E SP 77

MC 87

C-States off

IA/SA CEP off

1.385 Vcore Locked

LLC 5

AC_LL 0.01

DC_LL Auto

All Core sync of 5.7/4.6

ICCMAX 511.75

PL1/2 400w

average around 83c on the P cores during single cinebench run, drawing around 360w and 260 amps.

The Hwinfo screenshot I'm uploading was me trying unlimited ICCMAX, unlimited power level, LLC 8 with IA/SA CEP disabled, and auto AC/DC_LL only on 5.8/4.6/5.0, it shot up to 450w+ and 300+ amps and redlined.

I'm also uploading all my bios settings pictures thinking maybe there's a setting I missed, there are two settings within the bios that I corrected, that these screenshots show, that being the max temp of 115 and VCore 1.42v, it's now at 1.385 again on LLC5.

Seriously tho, I'm clueless as to why even with the loop I have that I'm teaching so much trouble pushing my CPU past 5.7, unless I just got a really really crappy CPU.

  1. You’re not going to tame that at 1.38v static Vcore, even with your cooling setup. Hitting 300A+ is danger territory for rapid degradation as well.

  2. The max core temp at 115c ? That looks rather high , set 90c or so .
