The STG 44 is pretty much inherently low recoil, the only way you could make it high recoil is by going with no stock which pretty much ruins any gun unless you’re playing lockdown or 6vs6 MP IMO.
My longest range build has Heinrichter c70 barrel, DR79 Combo Stock, 50 round drum, Demo Firm grip and SZ Bullseye optic which is 6x magnification, if you don’t like that much magnification try a 4x or 2.5x optic.
It doesn’t really even need a muzzle but if you wanted the best recoil than swap the barrel for it or try the Bruen Acrux.
