it might be an old pcmans tale but i think you can just hold del or f8 until the angry k/b bios beep and itll have buffered your input so you can not spam

Open a privileged terminal (e.g., `Win+X`, `A`) type `shutdown /r /fw /t 0`, profit?

In the Command Prompt, type “shutdown.exe /r /fw”, it will go right into bios after reboot.
