I always do every single one. I don’t know why, I just have to.

of course, ocd aside, it’s a great place to level engineering or hacking skills.

depending on my playthrough, I just fuck off and let River die 🤷‍♂️

My engineering skills are grateful for those mines.

Don’t… don’t they all disarm if you turn off the security system?

I’ve always gone inside the cabin and never had to disarm them all manually.

You’re just leaving so much exp on the table if you don’t. Pretty sure I got like 4 or 5 engineer levels just from this field.

One of the badlands gigs has a car surrounded by mines too and they go on forever. Just turned on 99.9 and went to town for like 15-20min and I’m pretty sure I still left a ton untouched.

I’ll be honest, I just blew them all up instead of disarming them

I disarmed that entire minefield in the eastern portion of the map. Or at least as much of it that remains within the invisible walls. If I see a mine, I disarm it. It’s free engineering xp.

Bit of a tangent, but I just found that if you go to the farm at some point before the quest where you look for Randy, then later when you’re doing the BD segment and look at the city in the distance you can say that you’ve been there before and you know exactly where to go, you can bypass the choice of the one farm or the other
