1. Move your speakers immediately left and right of monitor (like up on the shelf). They seem awk so far out there and short.
2. The light is very bright and seems too harsh IMO. Consider rearranging it or using a softer light (maybe warmer too?)
3. Straighten up your monitor and then your m+kb for better ergonomics.
