You can hang it on your wall as decoration. It is too recent to have museal value and falls in the electrical waste category by today’s standards. You can look for groups where collectors are looking for this stuff and you might get 10 bucks for it.

Add something like a All-in-Wonder Radeon with a DVI-HDMI adapter, install XP and DScaler, now you have a oversized AV to HDMI adapter that can be used to play retro consoles.

I collect old computer stuff, this is the kind of stuff I’d not even take. Super low end even back then and the CPU is mid even for that socket.
Try to avoid VIA on Intel CPU sockets at all cost.

Well, unless you have no PC at all it’s pretty useless. And unless you were also gifted the rest of components I would say it’s not worth to spend time and money to make it into a complete PC anyway.
