If I’m running a negative offset at 20 what should my CPU LLC be?
Right now I’m hitting 78c on cpu package and 65c on c gaming and that’s too high for me.
Or if anyone else has any other recommendations for settings to lower my temps but not take a huge hit to performance or fps

LLC 4 or 5 are generally used for overclocking. What cpu is this
If it’s 78°C while running cinebench is okay. If it’s 78°C while gaming it’s also okay. You don’t need to change anything.
Default/No OV/Mode 8/whichever setting that has the most VDROOP.
You are not overclocking, so you should not over-volt your CPU.
Then you need to re-calibrate your CO offset as more VDroop = less stable UV at load.
Also, lower your coolant temp with higher fans if you are using AIO. A coolant temp of 40 will be make your CPU 15 degrees hotter than when your coolant is 25!
Lastly, temps depends on thermal output. If you are not happy with the temps you see you can lower the PPT. Zen 4 are clocked too high out of the box so you can lower PPT by 50W and end up with minimal performance loss like 5%.
