I didn’t mind it, because I only really ran into it in Solos by those losers who ‘play for the win’ aka do nothing but hide in a building in zone with 3 kills per game. In squads it was just STGs everywhere. Which, that should have gotten a nerf to it’s close range damage and its damage through walls while buffing it’s long range damage.

Convincing themselves that thing wasn’t blatantly overpowered – and not merely by a small degree – is such an insane take I don’t really even know how to respond to it.
The reason these people instantly fell in love with the gun, perfectly coinciding with every other player in every lobby, is not because it was a totally balanced and reasonable addition. It’s because it was broken as shit and they (and everyone else) were miraculously dropping new PRs.

I had the greatest ending, arguably, of my warzone career last night with the rpk cataclysm and shotty. I was 1v4 and managed to get to a mobile buy in the literal final circle and call back my randoms. While the enemy was distracted on the edge of roof above me, trying to shoot my teammates out of the sky, I downed two of them before they knew what was going on. Shottied the last guy that pushed me and climbed up to the two downed guys on roof and shotguned the guy reviving his teammates in the back of his head. My shadow play glitched and captured none of it. But the rpk cataclysm will forever be what gave me the greatest clutch of my career.

The cod playerbase, on average, are melts. Like drool when they aren’t actively trying not to kind of stupid. The types of people that didn’t eat crayons, but only because they couldn’t figure out how to open the box.
There were people on here saying that it was fine because it doesn’t 1 shot to the head, or beacuse it had kind of slow ADS.
