Check your ping maybe? Look in settings and see if you can enable it.

I don’t notice anything out of the ordinary in the clip maybe check your settings to see what performance mode you’re using because I normally try to prioritise performance over graphics…but then again I’m playing console and I play pubg on a tv screen so I may be out of the loop or something.
