I think the picture frames above the monitor are throwing off the scene. Too many rectangles, too close together. I’d remove the large ones with the the red shapes, and then reorganize what’s left. I think it’ll feel and look less cluttered.

Unsolicited advice: cut off the label on the wire right in the middle under the desk, I only saw the wire there cause I zoomed in to see what that bock was.
