Turn the case, that area under the cat is open from the other side. I would also recommend keeping the cat away as it’s fur can kill your pc before you even finish building it.

No no, this is the pur supply, it goes on top of the case where the exhaust fans are and or the radiator, keeps everything nice and toasty inside the case
