Idk why but the black ops 1 assault rifles are like semi- wonder weapons to me, but they all tore shit up when you got them. These were my big 3, was gonna include famas but im pretty sure that wasn’t loved back then either even pack a punched
Personally im an AUG > Galil > Commando guy, commando and galil should be tied though honestly its hard to even call one better but galil saved my ass more with crowd control and having ammo than the commando

All three are really good guns and very close to each other in terms of performance. My personal favorite is the Commando, I just really like the looks of the gun and its sound. The only thing about the AUG bothering me is the scope, I wish it had iron sights or a classic red dot, that Swarowski-scope is ugh.

I keep repeating myself but its the galil high diff any day. Not because of ammo or dmg, simply bcause of the wank animation when quickly switching between weapons. Best thing about bo1.

Galil is the best imo but the commando and aug are a little more fun to use cause of the faster firing rate
I would say the STG-44, since its technically in BO1 in the WaW remasters, but since that’s not an option I’d say the Galil
