I have a Z790e gaming wifi with a 13900k that I am having issues with the 2402 bios
With this new bios set to Intel Extreme it seems jt will only pull 211W during Cinebench
Cores are only hitting 5ghz all core

What do I need to tweak in bios to allow it to hit 253W power limit

This is intended behavior with new default Intel power profiles. BEWARE! Changing this could cause CPU degradation.
If you do not care about degradation, change the “Performance Preferences” on the top of BIOS to “ASUS Advanced OC Profile”. Save and exit. Make sure you are not thermal throttling. The clock speeds should go back up.
EDIT: If they do not go back up, also check if “ASUS Multicore Enhancement” is set to “Enabled – Remove all limits.”
Does it drop the clocks in CinebenchR15 as well? Wonder if it’s related to AVX. You can also try to disable TVB and eTVB all together and see what results you get.
