There’s a common bug that causes all characters’ hair to turn black, including V’s. It can usually be fixed by reloading a save, or exiting then rebooting the game completely.
I feel like I had a similar bug recently. For some reason, Evelyn’s hair turned purple. I assume it’s cause I gave my V the same Hair in Red and the game got cunfused but idk
