I have a friend that built a computer simply to run benchmark like he has a YouTube channel and people were depending on the info lol
He would invite me over to watch tv and benchmark hardware.. It makes him happy and I give him all my old hardware.

The longest test i done for undervolting my cpu was the one inside throttlestop it lasted for like 2 hours or something
Then i just tried a variety of games and stuff just to be assured things were in line
