So I’m doing a Nomad playthrough and I thought I’d go for a shotgunner/heavy weapons run and gun build. Before the Phantom Liberty update I usually would have my character at max level 50 with these attributes but now that we can get to level 60, I’m trying to figure out where I wanna put my extra 10 attribute points towards. Idk guys what should I do, what other attribute can I dump my points to that can still be faithful to my run and gun nomad build?

Maybe cool. Intelligence is pretty much useless unless you’re a hacker
If you’re using shotguns, cool doesn’t help as much as reflexes, the last perk is pretty useful, go to 20 in Ref and 18 in cool for the crit, Intelligence is a waste in that build
COOL!! All the pistol perks turn u into john wick, I highly recommend
Either bring Reflex to 20 and Cool to 18, or bring Cool to 20. Depends on what you want to do, really. I always personally bring Cool to 20 because the only proper way to play the Fear the Reaper ending is exclusively with Johnny’s Malorian Arms 3516. A run-and-gun hipfire build with shotties and pistols is pretty OP.
Don’t waste a single point in Intelligence. Intelligence is an all-or-nothing attribute. You’re either a quickhack wizard with a cyberdeck or you’re not, and since you’re a run-and-gun build already who I assume is using either Berserk or Sandevistan, it makes zero sense to put points in Intelligence.
20 reflex rest in cool
Intelligence if you have a cyberdeck, Cool/Reflexes for anything else. Even if you don’t take the perks, the extra crit damage/crit rate you get just by dumping your points into them will help you with additional damage.
With that being said, the Cockatrice exists, so I would say Cool if you don’t care about Reflexes’s level 20 perks.
What’s cooler than being cool?
Two in reflex to 20, 5 in cool to 15
This gets you air dash in reflex and the sneak skills in the middle branch of cool should you want.
Definitely cool. You stayed at 3 INT, meaning you don’t hack at all. Dump 10 points into cool or max reflex if there’s something you want there, and dump the rest into cool.
Dump it all in Cool. It looks like you might be RDPS, Melee, or some type of combo between the play styles. You aren’t hacking cameras/cyberware/weapons, Cool is the most logical but you wanna reach crit and damage bonuses with firearms and blades/fists/monowires
Well if you want the extra cyber capacity, even though it’s not much, put 6 into int to have another level 9 attribute. Otherwise, cool
Cool for more crit damage. Total of 20% crit damage if you max it.
Technical ability will open a lot of doors (literally) and also help in the Phantom Liberty DLC a lot.
Max out reflexes for crits chance, then cool for the crit damage
Max out Reflexes and bring Cool up with the rest. Pistols and snipers with Focus compliments shotguns/LMG’s surprisingly well.
If you’re going for a netrunner build, put all of the points left into Intelligence. If you’re not hacking, put all those points into Cool. I always end up playing a throwing knives/gorilla arms/sandy build (20 Cool, 20 Tech 20 Body). It’s so much fun and you don’t have to worry about ammo.
Cool for sure. even if you don’t care about the perks, you’ll get increased crit damage (or crit chance?)
Cool.
Reflexs only if you like dashing too much or something. Even the top swords perk isn’t great and ARs are just dogshit in the game.
If your not running a Deck or enjoy Smart Guns, avoid Int
Might as well get Reflexes and Cool to 10, INT is only useful for hacking.
I’m doing a very similar build – shotgun run and gun + heavy assault rifles + snipers for fun. Sandy build with as much chrome as possible. And Explosive launcher just for more mayhem.
I maxed Reflexes, just because of the run and gun aspect. Then put one point into Int, then the rest into Cool, but only because I didn’t have anywhere else to put them. Didn’t take perks in Int or cool, bc they.dont go with the build.
Throw 6 points into INT to get the extra cyberware if you’re running renaissance punk, then throw the rest in either reflex or cool.
Your character already looks pretty tanky so might as well double down and go all out. Add two more to Reflexes; add five more into Cool and the rest should go to Intel.
Additionally, you might like this build if you like being overpowered:

7 towards Intelligence, 2 towards Reflexes, 1 extra.
Cool.
None of them. Make the game slightly harder by not levelling up.
