I got bored so i decided to lap the IHS of my 12900k and it helped a bit. my temps are a bit better and i was able to push higher score on Cinebench and cpu-z. using the noctua NH-D15 Doubt it really has any difference, my memory is OC'd as well, 3600 to 4200 DDR4

That’s quite a low score for a 5.3 / 4.2 GHz overclock on a 12900K, you should be able to hit 30000 points at that speed. Are you sure you’re not thermal/power throttling?
