I had given up on getting the 100 rage affected squadmates, because they had disabled the assemble feature – meaning that even if I had grinded it out, I wouldn't unlock the Sky Piercer. However since they enabled squad assembles once again, I finally got around to finishing it… just to find out that the parachute customisation menu doesn't unlock anymore, even if you have a parachute to equip :/
TLDR: Don't bother searching for squad rages every game, it's really not worth it.

what challenges are these?
Oh parachutes are bugged, my friend who got the one from a MW 2 BP said it was bugged and they had no way of fixing it so they just scraped the idea.
There is a way to change parachutes. I have the blackcell one equipped
