Level 60, I usually spend around 54-55 hours of gameplay.
I didn’t when I played as male Corpo V. I couldn’t stand the voice to the point where I just finished the game at around lvl 45. and barely touched any of the side content. I don’t think I finished all of the contracts for any of the fixers even. I was headed for the Devil ending in that playthrough anyway.
60. i have the dlc though. and yes. there’s so much game to play, and hanako…well… i dont care for that one.
I literally did every side gig/quests, every police report and bought everything I could before meeting Hanako. I finished the game last week. I’ll probably replay the game in the future so I can get the Don’t Fear The Reaper ending and to do a Sandevistan and Katana build.

I would hit level 100 if possible. The main quest is the most boring for me.
I try to hit 50 before the Heist…
I intentionally get to max level after act 2 starts.
Playing rn for the first time, played main story and some side missions so I was around 40 when I got to Hanako.
50 now, all side missions done, all gigs and NCPD done in 2 regions.
At this point I don’t even remember much of main story lmao.
Think I’ll do everything there is to be done, then finish main story and DLC. After that do a replay w different build and just storm thru the story.
60 before meeting Takemura at the diner
With the DLC, Hanako does not get met.
Yuh i did everything besides police scanners before i went to her. Doing a second playthru with a fem netrunner to get the dont fear the reaper ending. Still got my first V to finish all the police scanners tho

I actually pointedly *didn’t* hit max level before going to see Hanako. I know what you might be thinking, but hear me out:
I *did* make sure I was able to go back to my save right before it before talking to her though. I wanted to go into the final fight(s) without being crazy overpowered so that it would feel hard, and so that Smasher would be scary. Oh boy am I glad I did.
Mind you, this was post-update, and I hear he was easier before, but clearing the Don’t Fear the Reaper ending at like, level 38 was pretty damn difficult, but a LOT of fun. I genuinely cheered when I finally got him down and rode that high for DAYS.
I even went back and tried it again after I did all the sidequests (and expansion content) and it was so much easier.
Very glad I did it this way because I feel like i got the best of both worlds, and felt like an absolute MONSTER on my second time through with that first struggle to compare it to
