    Messaged intel because I’ve had these issues and my cpu is likely damaged, but because I bought the pc prebuilt they won’t do anything about it.

    Can’t go back to the pc manufacturer because their warranty is only good for 1 year regarding parts.

    So i guess im sol

    They are in small claims territory. Don’t take the class action bait. It’s easy to sue major manufactures in small claims courts.
