Looks like you’re playing Shipment, the only reason people play that is for leveling up quickly (spamming streaks) and completing challenges. No one plays Shipment to have fun, you can see this by the Satchel Saboteur abuse and the Spawn Trapping. If you want a more team orientated mode then play War or Dom on the regular playlist. Put it this way
*Fun* = regular playlist
*Grinding* = Shipment

I see nothing wrong here. Just fun
That’s why I like to use the shield and rack up more points than the peeps that get more kills. But, I don’t try to keep flipping the spots myself, just always happens anyway on Shipment.
I genuinely don’t understand why people like the 4-41 guy play the game when they’re just getting fed to the grinder the whole time.
