I wanted to swap cases from my H6 Flow to the new H7 Flow (2024), and I mean, shit happens, but this is by far the item I've received in the worst condition ever. 😂
I ordered it through Amazon.ca and sent it back. I'm waiting for the replacement. I'll keep you all posted, but I wanted to know if this is common for PC cases ordered through Amazon.
The case is shipped from the US to Canada, and it still isn't available in-store through Canada Computers (our version of Micro Center).
Hopefully, the next one is the good one. 🤞

That case’s glass panel is about as stable as a 13900K
I’ll have to say, when I picked up my first case locally, it looked exactly like this. it’s just so fragile I can’t believe half of them survive during shipping. i think if it had foam on the inside, it would have survived. so much flex in the case, the basic box is just bummer.
“Doctors and engineers” Amazon workers… Better build an army of robot workers: no pay (well, they’ll pay for the electricity), real 24/7 job, no needs and constant high efficiency (until some electrical of mechanical failure)
I got a 2022 h7 flow and no it was nothing close to this lol
They need to start building cases with transparent aluminum.

I bought a case online too, once, returned it and never again.
Reason: box looks fine but somehow there’s a concussive dent on the back panel when unboxed. It was a pure base 500DX

Amazon is fairly decent in my area, I’ve had TVs/monitors, wine glasses all delivered without an issue.
