   100% gpu utilization means you get as much fps as possible.

   if you have more fps than your monitor can show (e.g. 100 fps and 60hz monitor) you may turn on vsync or limit fps in game setting so extra fps are not wasted and gpu utilization will be lower.

   otherwise you are ok.
