
The two screenshots show the same optic from the same position on two different guns. No other attachments on either so there are no other variables.
As you can see, the optic takes up FAR more screen space on one gun than on the other.
I'm sure there is a perfectly legitimate real life reason for this. But in the context of it being a video game, not real life, it's just annoyingly inconsistent.
The amount of screen real estate an optic takes up has in-game consequences (visual recoil) so should be consistent across guns, or at least controllable by the player.
Optic tuning was the only good part of the tuning system last year, but even that didn't fully fix this issue; even with tuning you could never get the optic size on, say, the Iso Hemlock to be as small as it was on the Taq-56.
Anyone else find this annoying or just me?

The reason this is the case is because the optic sits further on the STG. Different guns have different mounting points.
