It’s funny how Ancient and Anubis, two new maps both broke the meta and named the bomb sites in reversed order. Both maps have B site more contested.

i love not going B for 5 rounds on dust 2, then when we get a good B spawn just rush tunnels, throw a bunch of utility, and then take mid and kill the A rotators and go back A 😂

Honestly there are a few reasons, at least in my opinion, bombsite A on ancient doesn’t feel as lonely. Even though the graph does say that it is the least planted on site. The biggest reason being that ancient is an incredibly easy to rotate map. One second T’s can be throwing smokes and flashes over B and jump down mid and be in donut in less than 10 seconds. You can’t do that on Dust 2. You can hold A main with one foot in ct spawn on ancient. 1 smoke into ct on dust 2 and B players are now on a 20-30 second journey cat, long or waiting in spawn to even be able to see A site again.

A site on ancient blows. The fact that there is a spotlight giving away player shadows on A main is horrible game design, especially in a tactical shooter.
