I am considering doing some tinkering and going direct die on my sff build. I am wondering if anyone here has tried direct die with low profile air coolers? What was your results?
I am using the AXP90-X47 Full Copper with a Noctua NF-A9 fan and a Ryzen 7800X3D.

I don’t think there’s a single ITX motherboard where that cooler isn’t going to collide with the VRM if you go direct die.
