    At the moment there is some speculation that a micro patch, or two, could help the issue as long as the damaged isn’t already done, but there’s no direct proof of that being the case. Stagger your upgrades people.

    Damn I bought into Intel only a week ago when I thought they had bottomed out.

    Still think they’re good to hold onto for when they announce a turnaround but probably going to see another drop in share price.

    I started off learning computers with my first build on the AMD FX 4300 I made several upgrades in the AMD line before I switched to intel with an 8600k. My most recent upgrade I used a 12700k so I am not affected, BUT the way intel is handling this I will not buy from them again. They burned that bridge literally.

    When are people crashing? I have had some freezing randomly when I open apps or games on windows 11. I was looking for a cause to this and just assumed windows 11 was to blame. I usually see what resources are being used when it happens but could this be caused by a faulty cpu? It freezes my pc for about 2 to 3 seconds and then resumes like nothing happened. This could happen multiples times in one session and it is totally random.
