Depends on what you’re into, some soft overhead light and a barlight over the middle monitor goes a long way. Otherwise you’ve got lots off wall realeste for some rgb panels.
On a non light note: I kinda feel bad for that streamdeck XL with only 10/32 buttons in use.

I wouldn’t worry about lighting until you add more monitors.

I suggest a cheap, dimable RBG LED with smart home connection under the L in your desk.
These should also have support via some phone app.
Also, a few similar lightbulbs in very basic lamps.
It’s cheaper than one may think.
My house listens to basic things:
“Set the office lights to green”
“Dim the living room lights to 50%”
“Goodnight” (turns everything off).
