Could be a solid shit post, but I do remember getting the Nikolai profile pic from the Call of the Dead Easter egg (solo or coop). Richtofens might be from the first half of the moon EE (cryogenic slumber party) and I distinctly remember from doing the whole moon EE, you got some kinda like atom/energy looking profile pic.
