i9-14900k not reaching 5.7GHz with set ratio

Hi,

I‘m running an i9-14900k on an ASUS ROG Strix Z790-H. With my current settings I expect the P-Cores to be running at 5.7GHz and the E-Cores running at 4.4GHz when not under load (for example just at the desktop).
For whatever reason they‘re just reaching 5.4GHz and 4.3GHz.

I attached photos of most settings I made.
ASUS Multicore Enhancement is set to Disabled and BLCK is 100MHz.

Does anyone have an idea what I‘m missing or are my expectations not correct?
