You may be have bad drives
Clean the older ones with DDU and install the latest from the official manufacturers website
Try do the normal windows troubleshoot like sfc/ scannow and cleandisk
Install all the windows updates, and make sure you are in the latest version of afterburner
Click on the reset button to restore default config there and see if that helps
Also try hwmonitor and see if you have the same temp results to be sure that it’s not a software problem
