My friends Steam account shows this crossed out eye ONLY when she plays CS2 – can anyone help fix this?

She should check her Profilesettings / Steam Profile Privacy.
The crossed out eye means that none of her friends can see that she is playing CS2 but being online (blue)
right to her name the litle arrow. klick it and go Online. She is now hidden.
