Add some posters or another monitor, some bobble heads are always nice, and my personal favorite, fake plants

My general advice is to get a few small wall shelves for nicknacks. Add a few pieces of matching wall art.
Oh, plants! Gets plants.

You need light either get a desk lamp or a monitor light bar.

This is clean. Definitely add a chair though.
Maybe a cable sleeve/channel to make those cables stand out less and clean it up. Or cables that match wall color closer, instead of black.
A monitor backlight to take the strain off your eyes if you use the PCunder these light conditions. Govee makes some nice stuff and doesn’t always cost an arm and a leg and a kidney unlike Philips. All those vertical and horizontal pieces could make for some awesome lighting when sticking LED strips on the back there, if that’s your taste. But if you’re a minimalistic type of guy, I’d get it if this is how you execute your mission.
When it comes to posters: if you don’t mind cutting up your hardware boxes, you could make a nice poster out of that. Or put them on a shelf. Or hang them with double sided type, the proper type. Browse for inspiration.
