
So I bought bo3 to play zombies and I got a physical copy of it. I bought zombies chronicles, it says it’s installed, but when k go to bo3 to play it, it doesn’t appear and it says I need to download it. For those wondering, my account isn’t my primary, I’m using my dads account as a primary as he has PlayStation plus and I don’t so we’re sharing. I don’t know what to do. I hope I didn’t just waste money. Please help me fix this

Go into the store and look up the dlc, then download it there
I’m not too sure then. Who’s name was the dlc bought under?

Restore licenses in your settings on PS5 to see if it’ll fix it
Do u have the game chronicles edition? Probably need to download the dlc separately as it comes in a pack
when you click one of the maps & brings you to the store,does it say you already bought it or give you the option to “buy” it again?

What is the region of the physical game you bought and what’s your account region that you bought the DLC on?
So if your account region is not one of them, the DLC won’t appear unfortunately.
Based on what you’ve written in this post, I am confident you just have the wrong region disk of the game, while your dlcs are from another one
Be happy you get to even play the damn game, BO3 is broken on PC
I thought zombies chronicles was only for ps4 and down
