Fix the buy locations and reduce the number of portable buys, reduce flares, remove gulag tokens altogether, increase buy back prices, make buy backs/gulag winners come back with pistols.
Then we have the foundation for a decent game. It’s just resurgence on a big map and BR players are sick of it.
