Dumb question, is this supposed to happen? I love when tech responds to the action in games like this if so. Could use one of those RGB kits that go behind your monitors and react to the games, movies, or media you view.

what did you do to your set up? it looks nervous…

You can go into chroma settings and set the delay for longer and the intensity to lower, it will look a lot smoother.
