has anyone bought the "Makeshift Hunter: Tikhar Rifle" in Metro Royale? the one they're selling for 150 tokens is an Improved rarity. and what confuses me is that there is a Refined one in the shop. is the version they are selling us for 150 tokens stronger then the Refined one? and is it a good weapon in the first place?

It’s just a skin as far as I’m aware – you’ll see it on any level of the Tikhar, if it’s equipped, unless they do Cobra/SF versions.
As far as being a good weapon the benefit is that it’s silent. You can look at the stats compared to other guns in the black market, although it’s not clear if damage shown is max air pressure or not (I would guess so). I would expect it to be unremarkable as a gun despite being a cool idea.
