Where the hell do we even buy parts now? I’ve bought prebuilts for my last two, I haven’t built a pc in probably a decade.

From my personal experience. I bought a set of headphones there in 2020. Had been using NewEgg since 2008, they had great customer service in the past. Got the headphones, they worked for 4 days, then stopped working. Did all the normal troubleshooting. Asked for a refund since I wanted to get something a bit more expensive (the previous headphones were $40 on sale, was looking to get something around $100). I sent everything back to them except the plain cardboard box they came in. I got told a few days later that my refund was denied because I didn’t send them the cardboard box.
Well, they never got my service after that. I’ve built 2 computers since then and I’ve refused to use NewEgg because of their previous actions. I can’t trust them.
