It looks minor, I think it’s fine. Try plugging it on a motherboard and test it.

it should be fine its just a noncoductive part of the pcb thats messed up. The important parts are the pads, the resistors, and the die itself which is under the ihs all of those look fine.

I think the only possible risk would be a pcb layer that was used as a power plane shorting to a gnd plane on another layer. The light green is where the planes would have probably not been so there isn’t much damage into the dark green and visually it doesn’t look like it would have caused a short.

Ok, so here’s my concern when I look at it. It appears that the corner was crushed. Just as another person said, the potential of a shorted out PCB layer for starters, then there’s the issue of laying it flat and making contact with all the pins. Each corner of this should lay flush in order for the pins to contact all the pads. And that bottom side isn’t flat and flush. I would in all honesty consider looking at a way of removing the damaged corner of it before plugging it in if they don’t RMA it. And I don’t mean like sand paper, I’d be looking at calling mfgs and asking how they actually cut boards like that without damaging the pcb layers. But then I’m an overly cautious type when screwing around with stuff like this.
