Keep the facial oils off of your monitor by resting the headphones on the table. The rest looks fine to me.

Having 2 monitors is a blessing. Even if it’s just a cheap one being able to access a different screen at any time is an absolute game changer.

You could mount the PS5 to the wall to allow more desktop space. There is also a headset hanging piece that attaches to the PS5 to get those off the monitor. Someone else said it here that you want to keep the oils off your monitor. You could also buy a mount for the headset to be on the wall with the PS5. Add live plants.

— putting the PS5 on the ground to open up desk space
— get a headphone holder that clips to the side of the desk and let’s you hang the headphones under it
— idk what the lighting situation is but a monitor light bar is an option
