Hi, so I bought a new pc and decided to overclock it, and after doing so, my FPS dropped from 1200 to 700. I started checking what is unstable and slowly getting rid of overclock settings. At the end, I reset my BIOS and still, without any new overclocking, on stock settings, I get 500 fps less than I got before. I’ve checked temps, health of pc, I didn’t see any problems and I can’t understand why my FPS dropped this drastically. Maybe I should reset Windows? Thanks
Specs: R7 7800x3D, Asus TUF 4070, 6000mhz CL30 2×16, MSI B650I Edge Wifi (SFF PC)
UPD: the first pic is overclocked ram and second one is just an XMP profile (which i use now and have -500 fps): https://imgur.com/a/hBOW0vp

What did you try to adjust? If you were overclocking your memory, it may have restored the sticks to base clock rather than a previously enabled XMP/Expo profile. Depending on the game you’re referring to, that could cause a large performance drop.
You can use a monitoring program like HWInfo64 or CPU-Z / ZenTimings to display and screenshot what the system is currently running at so others might be able to point out things that look wonky.
