So, I was doing the Ozob sidequest and when I reached the mission location, a man suddenly fell in the middle of the street. Was this supposed to happen or was it just a glitch? You can hear him screaming before hitting the ground, no loot on his corpse though.

Yup, scripted event. City of dreams indeed.
That is just a small scripted event that randomly happens across the city. It is meant to be desperate office workers killing themselves by jumping out the window. It is however not tied to that particular mission, that is just coincidence.

Hey random question. How the hell do I zoom in like that on Xbox? I’ve only ever known how to zoom in with LT but I see everyone else getting like a 3x, 4x, or 5x zoom, like how?

Its a scripted random event, I had it happen to me for the first time in Kabuki, at the Yaiba building that Regina Jones is holes up in. I had no idea what happened at first lol
