I mean is there really a difference. With stealth noone sees me and with my usual approach noone is left to report that they have seen me.

The beauty of Cyberpunk is that you can do the mission in stealth and then, once you leave the area and get the mission bonus, return and slaughter them all as loudly and violently as you like.
