Just built my first PC, it’s a budget 1080p build but I wanted it to look pleasing. I know I probably could have made it perform better had I not cared about looks, but it sits on my desk and I don’t mind losing a little performance for a nicer looking build.
It didn’t boot at first and I was pretty worried, the CPU debug light stayed on but after reseating the CPU it booted and I was so relieved.
First thing I did was benchmark everything, I ran AIDA64 for 20 mins and CPU max temp was 60, idle sits about 34. GPU max was 70.
Here’s the specs of the 1080p budget build
* Ryzen 5 5600
* XFX RX 6650 XT
* Thermalright Aqua Elite V3 AIO
* MSI B550M PRO-VDH WIFI
* Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro SL 32GB DDR4-3600 CL18
* Crucial P3 Plus 1TB
* MSI MAG A650BN 650W PSU
* Montech Air 100 ARGB White
I tried to make it look as clean as possible, I can definitely do a better job of tucking some of those motherboard cables like USB, audio etc. The back is also an absolute mess with minimal cable management, it’s something I’d like to sort out but I’m thinking it isn’t worth the hassle as I’m scared I’d accidentally pull something out and have to troubleshoot,

I’m happy for you! super clean! what games/entertainment do you plan on using this machine for? I hope you enjoy it!
