An adjustable desk would be neat if you have the budget. That way you could easily raise the desk, “drive” underneath it and lower it again so you’re perfectly seated in front of the monitor.

Looks like it has all you need to be productive. I spent 2+ years in a wheelchair. On thing I found a must-have are raised arm cushions. The one I use lets me type and mouse around without strain on my shoulders.
