Yes. This has been known since Der Riese released and it is assumed to be Dr. Porter if I recall correctly.
If I can remember correctly, that’s one of them that committed suicide because Maxis told the members of Group 935 if any of the experiments gets publicized or it becomes bad to do that or take a cyanide pill. It was pretty rough
