Attached is Thaiphoon Burner and images of my sticks. I'm wondering what ICs I have? NEO Forza NMUD416E86-3200D
Also, in using Thaiphoon Burner I discovered a CRC error that appears on only one stick. Is this a problem? what can I do about it? (also this is my first post on here, so I'm not sure of the rules and if I should make that a second post) Thanks!

You’d need to remove the ram and check the Hynix part number because Thaiphoon Burner can’t detect the die. Yours should look something like, H5ANAG6N**R-UHC. The letters where the asterisks are will help to identify the die.
That bin can plausibly be any 8Gb Hynix, and also cut down 16Gbit.
You can try to narrow it down by testing tRFC. Ideally one might set dram voltage to 1.6V to more easily see the difference between DJR and CJR tRFC, but some may be resistant to doing that because of CJR’s apparent lack of durability at higher voltage.
Regardless, try finding the lowest tRFC value that will post. CJR should be > 250ns and more like 280ns more typically, whereas DJR can scale down to low 200s with enough voltage.
Otherwise 8Gb CJR tops out around 4000MT/s or maybe a little higher, whereas DJR can go much higher.
There is also JJR, which is more or less CJR with opposite tRCD v tRP. Or 1JR cut down 16Gbit stuff… Less likely you have AFR or MFR in 2024.
Realistically since all samples of a given die do not scale or clock exactly the same, one has to test what their sample will do anyway.
