Use the zero scope mechanic so you can aim center and you don’t have to guesstimate how high to aim. to use the zero mechanic aim down the scope and press up on the D pad all scopes start with 100 meter zero and go up 100 meters every click it will show you where your zero on the screen. It’s just really small.

Go to the range and practice at the sniper field with every different scope. You’ll eventually get an idea of how bullet drop works at different distances with different scopes. There was one season where I would do my three casuals and then spend the rest of the time at the range.

Best option for sniping long distance use a sniper instead if a DMR. Much better bullet velocity.

I’d suggest you to use SR guns instead of DMR. One shot One kill 😉 .. good luck
