anyone who buys a HP printer gets what they deserve at this point.

My epson ecotank ET-3850 is basically the best printer I’ve ever owned. Ink is cheap as fuck and non-proprietary.
Been using it for 8 months. Color ink tanks are still 90% full, and black is 70% full. A full refill of every type of ink is $60.
It’s not the fastest thing in the world, but I don’t need a laserjet.
Too bad windows & Edge is stupid and tries to block me from accessing settings at 192.168.x.x because a hacker might be trying to intercept my information. Goddamn Microsoft you are dumb as hell.
Can we all collectively stop buying HP products so that shitty company goes under?
These were absolutely horrid and my old employer wouldn’t stop buying them. Glad it’s finally over.

I was sad to find out hp bought hyper-x, and I had to RMA a keyboard through them… it was a total mess
They had a single shared email account for their RMA department, and no tickets, because HP shut down hyper-x’s ticket system, and didn’t yet have a replacement
Took weeks and badgering to get a response, which I got manager on phone, and he explained the whole problem why stuff got lost
They sent me a new keyboard without returning the old one, but it was a mess
Can anyone give me a rundown of what happened? My mother uses Instant Ink by HP (despite my attempts to avoid that).
