No, I would say it’s not worth it for that price, more like 400. The fact they claim it would cost 1200 to build a similar system is wild, it’s not even close to that. You can build a system with a much faster CPU and GPU for ~1000.
1. The CPU isn’t worth much more than a 3600, which can be found for around 85 USD brand new, but since it’s used and only really comparable to Intel’s Coffee Lake CPUs and would bottleneck anything equivalent or faster than a 2080 Ti, it’s something that’s going to have to be replaced within the next 2 or so years depending on when you want to upgrade it.
2. DDR4 is abundant and cheap now, doesn’t matter what the brand is or that it has RGB, RAM is RAM. The performance matters and 3600 is standard, nothing special. 32GB costs as little as around 50 dollars at retail.
3. Motherboard is X570 but nothing special, there were better B550 motherboards that are now cheaper like the B550-A PRO. Not really worth much more than 70-80 on the used market.
4. RTX 2070 SUPER is around the same performance as a GTX 1080 Ti or RTX 3060 but it only has 8GB VRAM, it’s not worth that much anymore. I’ve seen used 2080 Ti’s go for as little as around 250 USD, the 2070S isn’t worth more than around 150.
5. SSD is good but the value massively depreciates with used SSDs because they have a limited number of writes, once it’s out of writes the drive is basically useless, and there are plenty of more affordable drives that match the 980 PRO in performance. Worth like 50 bucks used IMO.
6. Cooler is nothing special and it’s old, doesn’t really add any value, and it’s freaking pointed at the GPU instead of outside of the case, the airflow situation isn’t ideal.
7. PSU is basically worthless because Thermaltake SMART series is low quality junk that blows once and dies once one of its protections is tripped. I had one of those units kill a motherboard years ago, one that was irreplaceable.
8. Case is 50-60 dollars brand new and common to see with budget builds, especially when about to sell a machine because these cases come with 4+ fans pre-installed.

It’s all right… but I don’t think I would offer more than 500 because you’re almost immediately going to want to replace the power supply and cpu cooler.

Have a brand new rig, no hassle, no potential fails and warranty. Wont be nearly as powerful of a system but new does have it’s merits.

?? Why the fuck is that cooler installed like that LMAO , also $600 is pretty bad for this, you can go to Costco and they regularly sell 4060/ 13400f systems brand new for about $850,

I buy used pcs off marketplace all the time for my family/friends and save thousands. this is not a good deal for 600 its an alright deal, I just recently bought a pc for my 7 year old niece for 500 dollars that came with a 5600x3d with a 4060. I would personally offer like 400 for it. Some people on marketplace are super delusional about pcs, pcs have really high depreciation especially when you go higher end.
edit: also make sure you download on a flash drive, a hard drive health software that can tell you the health of the ssd/hdd, also a benchmarking programing that will put the pc under load so you can see if it crashes or gpu artifacts.

It’s a solid pc, it will smash 1080p gaming. The motherboard is one of the newer models in the am4 chipset so you could put a much more powerful CPU in there if you wanted. It’s a good to go build, get it for around 500 and you’ll be laughing.
